If you are missing Reward points after a recent shopping trip at your local 2nd & Charles and it has been at least 24 hrs, please email our support team at support@secondandcharles.com with a photo of your receipt that clearly shows the purchase date and subtotal.
How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is quick and simple! If you are in our store, you can sign up for our FREE rewards program by providing your phone number and email address at the register. You will receive a welcome email as a confirmation of signing up.
You can easily sign up online by going HERE and creating an account. If you have already signed up in-store, click the "I signed up in store!" option to link your account using your email address.

How are rewards calculated?
Rewards are calculated based off the amount you spend. $1 is equal to 1 point. You will receive a $5 reward once you have a total of 150 points available. You can track your progress on My Account or the 2nd & Charles Rewards app!
How long does it take for points to reflect?
Points are typically reflected right away for in-store purchases, but in some cases, can take up to 24 hours to reflect. It is has been past the allotted time and you still don't see your points, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Do reward points expire?
Yes, your 2nd & Charles Rewards points expire after 12 months if not used. Be sure to use them before they disappear! Happy shopping! A reward is only valid for 30 days of when received.
